Panic Puzzle - Overcome Panic Attacks and Cure Anxiety

The panic puzzle has an inovative no-nonsense approach that no one else dares to take. It is brutally honest and has no time for subtlety or hand-holding. If you want someone to listen to how your past traumas caused your panic attacks, this is not for you!

Rich Presta, who created the Panic Puzzle knows you've been fed a mountain of misinformation about anxiety from mainstream doctors and psychotherapists and he promises to engrain the real truth into your brain until you are cured. Since panic attack sufferers are always in avoidance mode, he figures you need someone to grab you by the collar and toss you out of your comfort zone. You'll thank him later when you realize you're cured!

Panic Puzzle has a slightly gentler tone than the Anxiety Lie product, has telephone support and comes with materials for meditation and relaxation audio tracks. Both come with a standard 8-week money-back guarantee and an emergency audio track to get you safely through an impending panic attack.

Shyness - It's OK to be Shy

It is okay to be shy. There is nothing wrong with being shy. I am shy and I am proud of being shy and you should be proud to be shy as well!

Shyness is often confused with a lack of confidence but I disagree with that. I consider myself a confident person. Yes, in social situations I am usually one of the quiet ones and I don’t say much. But that is not because I lack confidence or because I am afraid to speak. It is simply me being myself. I am happy not to be the centre of attention and just to sit back and listen.

If you came across this social anxiety and shyness blog looking for methods to overcome your shyness then I would say that instead of wanting to ‘cure’ shyness, just accept yourself for who you are. If you are looking for permission to be shy, for some kind of approvable, then you can consider that permission hereby granted.

However, if your shyness is having a negative impact on your life then there is a line where it can cross over to social anxiety and depression. Being an introvert, being quiet in social situations and a good listener is healthy. Sitting at home alone, enjoying the bitter-sweet feeling of feeling sorry for yourself, is not.

If you can relate to almost enjoying the sweetness of feeling sorry for yourself, enjoying being lonely and feeling comfortable with depression then that is not healthy and you should take action. For that I would recommend the Anxiety Lie because it does not cuddle you. It is tough on you and tackles the problem head on.

But if you, like me, are simply a quiet yet confident person. Then carry on being so. There is nothing wrong with it. Nothing wrong with it at all.

Anxiety Lie: A New Inavitive Approach To Overcome Social Anxiety

The main area of my knowledge on social anxiety is with a condition called shy bladder or paruresis. Paruresis is a social anxiety that means I struggle to pee in public restrooms. At first I did not even realise that paruresis was a form of social anxiety but the more I researched the more I learned. The more I learned about the facts, the better equipped I became to tackle the condition.

Previously I had been seeking out paruresis tips on how to cope with the condition, which led me to producing my shy bladder tips website and this shy bladder (paruresis) blog. But I did not just want to cope with paruresis; I wanted to completely overcome it.

I think it is the same with all forms of anxiety. We don’t just want to have to cope with it. We don’t want to just use a couple of tricks that will temporarily reduce our anxiety because before long those tricks will no longer work as the body and negative thinking of the mind adapts to them. We continuously need to find new tricks and techniques via trial and error to help us cope. It is exhausting!!

That’s why I firmly believe that extra hard work is required in order to properly overcome the condition, not just cope with it.

That’s what impressed me so much when I learned about Rich Presta’s Anxiety Lie, a product I highly recommend.
(Yes, I do get a small commission if you purchase the product via one of my links and if you find my information useful then please do so)

There is a lot of rubbish out there that is designed to take your money and give you nothing in return. What sells books and Ebooks is a nice comforting sales pitch. What sells is being comforted, being pampered, being told how special you are, being fed inspiration and motivational quotes. A lot of that is just bullshit and has no weight behind it. I would know! Many a time I have shelled out $97 on the latest hot quick fix and have never gotten far with those products.

Those products are designed to take your money and temporarily make you feel better. They will not get to the route of the problem and will not allow you to overcome social anxiety. So if you are looking for a product to purchase then I would much prefer you to spend your money or something that is mostly not bullshit. And as far as I can tell the percentage of bullshit in the Anxiety Lie product is pretty low.

Click this link to learn more about the Anxiety Lie as if I go into it in more detail I will just be duplicating what Rich Presta’s website says. But it is worth checking out as a viable alternative to the usual nicey nicey, gently gently approaches that I have found don’t actually work. Not for me anyway!

Social Anxiety Treatment Introduction

Hello and welcome to the social anxiety and shyness treatment blog. My name is AJ Costa and I write online articles on the subject of social anxiety for Ezine Articles and Articles Base.

The main area of my knowledge is with a form of social anxiety called shy bladder or paruresis. I am a sufferer of this condition and have made excellent progress in overcoming paruresis in recent years. I run my own shy bladder tips website as well as a shy bladder paruresis blog.

My research into paruresis has also led me to learn about social anxiety in general and I am starting up this social anxiety blog to share this wealth of knowledge.

I believe that anyone has the power to overcome social anxiety but I also believe that it is not easy. My struggles with shy bladder certainly have not been. I don't believe in nicey nicey, motivational mumbo-jumbo either. I believe in direct, no-nonsense approaches to attempting to overcome social anxiety and shyness.

Whilst it is very comforting and tempting to slip into the feeling sorry for yourself, feeling the comfort and the almost sweetness of the sadness you feel I reckon it is better to stand-up and fight. Face the problem head on and regain your life!

I hope to extract some of the best, no-bullshit advice and possible treatment methods that I have obtained from my hours of internet research and share it with you.
